I had a persistent issue with ear wax blocking my ear. It was causing me significant grief. Jasmine was wonderful and removed all of my ear wax within 10 minutes. Her fees are very reasonable, and her professionalism is exceptional. I highly recommend her service - 5 stars.

I went to do a hearing test with Jasmine for a second opinion after i received a pretty odd hearing testing result from another audiologist. I cannot thank Jasmine more for her patience and professionalism in analysing and explaining my situation and she also promptly led me to the correct next step (ENT). It was my first time having hearing problem and little did I know what I should do or whom else I should consult with. Jasmine is really my angel who shed the light for me. 🙂
