Understanding CROS Technology

CROS (Contralateral Routing of Signal) technology is tailored for single-sided deafness. It captures sound from the poorer-hearing ear and transmits it to the better ear. Configurations include:

  • CROS Mode: For those with normal hearing in the better ear.
  • BiCROS Mode: For individuals with some hearing loss in the better ear.

Compatibility:

The CROS Styletto AX must be paired with Signia Styletto AX hearing aids and supports performance levels 7AX, 5AX, and 3AX.
