What is a CROS?

CROS stands for Contralateral Routing of Signal, a hearing solution designed for those with hearing loss in one ear. It captures sound from the poorer-hearing side and transmits it to a compatible hearing aid on the better-hearing side.

Compatibility:

The CROS device works exclusively with compatible hearing aids and cannot function independently. The Signia CROS Pure Charge&Go AX pairs specifically with Pure Charge&Go AX hearing aids for optimal performance.
